Unique piece of downtown Amsterdam

In the heart of Amsterdam, a new vibrant part of the city has been developed over the past number of years: ODE is a 21st century cosmopolitan neighborhood in the center of Amsterdam that boasts timeless architecture and expansive views. Since February 28th, 2017 the environmental permit and the development plan regarding this project have been available for review.

The development plan can be consulted digitally via the national website www.ruimtelijkeplannen.nl under the number NL.IMRO.0363.A1501BPGST-OW01, and the environmental permit via the municipal website www.odnzkg.nl. Investigative reports can also be consulted via this website.

The development of this area began more than fifteen years ago and gradually developed into Oosterdoks island; an inspiring mix of living, working, studying, recreation, and entertainment for residents and visitors to Amsterdam.
